The Viva La Musica story began some 30 years ago in 1986, when he was a violin teacher at a music school and saw the importance of relaxed posture while playing an instrument.  He made his first wooden shoulder rest and got excellent feedback for it. This encouraged him to devote his life to find optimal solutions for holding a violin. At first, it was simple shoulder rests, which he later upgraded in aesthetics and functionality. Viva La Musica are especially proud of their patent of lateral depth position setting of violin rest, which gives adequate support to the instrument and at the same time considers the physiological characteristics of an individual. Viva La Musica upgraded the solutions with chin rests and the best combinations of shoulder and chin rests.
