Perantucci Tuba Mouthpiece PT-86 Silver Plated
 
These mouthpieces are all new old stock and some include the "Mr Tuba" stamped on the mouthpiece from the factory.
 
Perantucci say the following about this mouthpiece.
Model PT-86 offers a very wide cup for players with particularly large lips. It favours middle and low registers, particularly where high volume is desired. The tonal character is round and weighty.

Cup Diameter : 33.7 mm diameter. Very wide diameter with moderate depth. 
Rim : Width 7.5 mm. Slightly rounded inner edges.
Bore : 8.3 mm. 
Large Shank standard European for most modern instruments

These mouthpieces are all new stock.  They may have the odd mark on the shank where they have been inserted into an instrument in-store and the box maybe a little tatty, but the are all new stock.
 
I find mouthpieces impossible to take photographs of due to the reflections, so the image shown in the stock image from Perantucci.  I am happy to supply additional images if you send me a message.
