Perantucci Tuba Mouthpiece PT-61 Silver Plated
 
These mouthpieces are all new old stock and some include "Mr Tuba" stamped on the mouthpiece from the factory.
 
Perantucci say the following about this mouthpiece.
The PT-61 is an Eb and F Tuba Solo mouthpiece optimised for velocity, high range, endurance, tonal beauty and the demands of modern music.  The sound is essentially dark yet with a clear core.  Highly recommended for virtuoso playing.
 
Cup: 31.5mm diam. Moderately deep
Rim: Width 8mm. Well-rounded inner and outer edges 
Throat Bore: 7mm
Standard Large Shank for most European Models (recommended for most instruments)

These mouthpieces are all new stock.  They may have the odd mark on the shank where they have been inserted into an instrument in-store and the box maybe a little tatty, but they are all new stock.
 
I find mouthpieces impossible to take photographs of due to the reflections, so the image shown in the stock image from Perantucci.  I am happy to supply additional images if you send me a message.
